  We're excited to invite expressions of interest for our second intake of Personal Care Assistants (PPT & Casual) as we continue to grow our team.

 

Join our supportive and resident-centred team at our brand-new, boutique-style 89-bed purpose-built aged care home, opening on 14 September 2026.

 

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated PCAs who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.

What We’re Looking For in You

  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (Ageing) (Essential)
  • Recent National Police Check (within 12 months) (Essential)
  • Genuine empathy that shines through your care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A true team player who thrives on collaboration
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
  • Excellent time management and tech skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem‑solving ability

About the Role

As a PCA, you’ll deliver daily personal care and meaningful support that truly reflects each resident’s individuality. This aligns with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, which place older people at the centre of their care experience - ensuring their identity, preferences, culture, and goals guide the care they receive.


You’ll play a key role in bringing this person‑centred approach to life.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily personal care and support to residents
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Communicating professionally with residents, families, and staff
  • Supporting each resident’s unique needs with respect and dignity
  • Maintaining privacy and handling feedback sensitively
  • Working flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • Being available for weekend and weekday shifts (permanent part‑time)
