What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator or similar role in aged care
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Passion for person-centred care and resident wellbeing
• Current First Aid Certificate and Driver's Licence
• Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential)
