About the Role:

As the Residential Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home. Your strong business acumen and attention to detail will ensure the home meets its operational, financial, and clinical goals. You’ll draw on your experience to confidently navigate accreditation and uphold the high standards of care our residents deserve.

You will lead with our CARE values at the center of your decision making, fostering a culture of collaboration, demonstrating accountability, building respectful relationships, and leading with empathy in very interaction.

You’ll be supported by an experienced on‑site team, along with close collaboration from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Funding across our growing national organisation.

• AHPRA registered RN (ideal)
