Do you want to be part of a supportive, people-first team making a real difference? We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses to lead and inspire at our brand-new aged care home.

 

About the Role:


Start Date: 18 November 2025
As a key leader, you’ll inspire Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to provide person-centred, high-quality care. Your leadership and team spirit will ensure every resident feels valued, supported, and genuinely cared for each day.

What We’re Looking For in You:

  • Current, unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration
  • Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
  • Experience in aged care desirable
  • Genuine empathy that shines through your care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A true team player who thrives on collaboration
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
  • Excellent time management and tech skills
  • Sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
