What We’re Looking For

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Food Handlers Certificate ( SITXFSA001 or HLTFSE001)
  • Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)

Skills, Attributes & Qualities:

  • Experience in a café environment
  • Enthusiasm to develop the café business, increase loyalty, and boost reputation
  • Menu development aligned with seasons and customer preferences
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
