We are seeking a Procurement Specialist on a Full Time basis to manage the procurement of hospitality services and lead strategic sourcing across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Category Management: Manage and optimize procurement for catering, cleaning products, consumables, laundry services, and hospitality equipment.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop category strategies and preferred supplier arrangements.
• Tender & Contract Management: Lead tender evaluations, contract implementations, negotiations, and category reviews.
• Cross-Functional Support: Lead or support strategic sourcing across property, fleet, utilities, ICT, and medical consumables.
• ESG & Savings: Analyse spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and coordinate meaningful ESG initiatives.

About You:

• Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and contract negotiation (preferably in Aged Care, Healthcare, or Hospitality).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify savings and evaluate tenders.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, allowing you to build relationships with suppliers, clinical teams, and hospitality managers.
• A passion for sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
