This a 2-year term contract role Why this Role Matters We are seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Transformation Lead to design and deliver our future workforce operating model and drive its successful implementation through a major system transformation program. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge strategy and execution—translating frontline needs, operational realities, and organisational design principles into a standardised, scalable model across rostering, time & attendance, payroll inputs, and workforce visibility. Working closely with Operations, People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor partners, you will ensure the solution is not just technically sound—but practical, adoptable, and aligned to our core goal: more time to care. What You’ll Be Doing - Operating Model Design
Define end‑to‑end workforce processes, roles, controls, and data flows. Standardise ways of working across sites while accommodating frontline realities. - SME Engagement & Vendor Enablement
Engage SMEs to capture requirements, drive design decisions, and run co‑design workshops. Translate inputs into system-ready requirements and manage stakeholders. - Transformation Delivery Leadership
Lead the end‑to‑end program, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and governance. Oversee vendor performance and executive reporting. - System Implementation & Risk Management
Deliver data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover. Ensure solutions are operationally sound and protect payroll accuracy and compliance. - Change, Training & Adoption
Support rollout through training, pilots, and hypercare. Drive adoption with targeted interventions and measurable outcomes. - Benefits Realisation & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track success metrics (e.g. payroll accuracy, time saved, workforce visibility) Embed sustainable governance and continuous improvement practices post go-live
About You You are an experienced transformation leader with a strong track record in delivering complex HRIS, WFM, rostering or payroll programs in operational environments. You bring: - Proven experience leading end-to-end system and operating model transformations
- Deep understanding of WFM, rostering, payroll, and workforce processes
- Strong program leadership, governance, and delivery discipline
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive clear, timely decisions
- Hands-on expertise across data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover
- A passion for driving adoption and delivering meaningful business outcomes
Experience in aged care, healthcare, or multi-site environments will be highly regarded. - Valid right to Work in Australia
- Valid driver’s licence
- Current National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
