We are seeking a highly capable Senior Manager – Strategy & Performance to work closely with our CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team to strengthen governance, drive strategic execution and ensure disciplined delivery of our organisation‑wide priorities.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of how FPACA turns strategy into real outcomes. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to our organisation‑wide priorities, ensuring we have a clear view of all initiatives, that effort is focused on what matters most, and that change is delivered in a way that is practical, sustainable and outcome‑focused.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Strategy & Performance, you will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation to drive delivery, strengthen governance, and support key strategic decisions.

About You

You are a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of governance, strategy and execution. You are comfortable working with senior leaders, managing competing priorities and bringing clarity to complex work.

You will bring:

• Experience in PMO, strategy execution, transformation or governance roles

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in complex environments

• Experience supporting Executive‑level governance and reporting

• Strong ability to structure work, prioritise and simplify complexity

• Excellent communication skills, including board‑ready written material

• Strong judgement, discretion and ability to handle confidential information

• Advanced Microsoft 365 capability (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

• Based in Melbourne (or as agreed), with travel to FPACA locations or Board meetings as required

• Current National Police Check

• Right to Work in Australia

• Availability to support occasional meetings outside standard hours

• High level of confidentiality and compliance with FPACA policies

Desirable

• Experience supporting Board or Executive Committees

• Background in governance, consulting, PMO, strategy or executive office environments

• Experience in aged care, healthcare, not‑for‑profit or regulated sectors

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, governance, communications or project management
