Human Resources Transformation Lead

This includes the implementation of a new HRIS across the business — a key initiative to strengthen how we manage and support our workforce.

We are now seeking a Human Resources Transformation Lead for this newly created hands-on role to lead the implementation and delivery of our HRIS transformation program. This role is a 12 month contract.

 

Why this Role Matters;

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will lead the delivery of HRIS implementation across the employee lifecycle You will translate strategic design into practical, system-enabled processes, ensuring our HR systems are intuitive, compliant and aligned with operational needs.

 

Working closely with internal stakeholders, operational teams and system vendors, you will  design HR workflows that enable a consistent, high-quality employee experience, translate requirements into system configuration rules, interpret EBAs into configuration rules, clean and prepare data for migration, and work closely with vendors and stakeholders to build, test and embed practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.

 

This role is hands on and owns the day-to-day, execution, coordination and follow-through required to deliver high quality HRIS implementation, working closely with vendors, internal stakeholders and project resources to ensure outcomes are practical, compliant and meet the needs of the business.

 

A critical focus of the role will be building strong partnerships with homes and operational teams to ensure solutions are designed with the end-user in mind and embedded effectively across the organization. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead delivery of the HRIS implementation across People & Culture
  • Translate high-level design into detailed workflows, business rules and system configuration
  • Support EBA Interpretation, translating them into clear, testable configuration rules Responsible for cleansing and validating legacy data to ensure accurate, complete and migration- ready datasets
  • Design and document end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with vendors to ensure successful system configuration and delivery
  • Develop key artefacts including process maps, user stories, UAT scripts and documentation
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical and user-focused
  • Drive process improvement, risk mitigation and system adoption
  • Support change enablement, training and post-implementation optimisation

About you

You are an HR transformation specialist with expertise in HRIS implementation and process design who brings a thoughtful, practical approach, works collaboratively, and is genuinely focused on delivering positive, customer-centred outcomes.

  • Proven experience in HRIS experience, preference in aged care setting.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
  • Experience translating requirements into system workflows and configuration logic
  • Strong documentation and business analysis capability
  • Ability to work effectively with vendors, project teams and operational stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability/ willingness to travel to residential homes as required
  • Valid right to Work in Australia
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Current National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
