Shape the future workforce of a growing residential aged care organisation We are a growing residential aged care provider with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional care and meaningful ageing. You will also lead a core team of talent acquisition and onboarding specialists, setting clear direction, building capability and driving accountability — all whilst role modelling our CARE values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Empathy. As the leader of the Talent Acquisition function, you will act as the design authority for recruitment and onboarding processes and systems, ensuring they are fit-for purpose, efficient and support a scalable operating model.
