For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an accomplished Quality & Risk Manager to lead our enterprise Quality Management System and risk intelligence capability across a multi-site residential aged care portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for system design, governance oversight, investigation frameworks and enterprise risk insight supporting executive decision-making and Board assurance.

About the role

Reporting to the GM, Quality Experience and Improvement, you will:

• Lead and continuously optimise the organisation’s integrated Quality Management System (QMS)
• Translate audit, incident, complaint and clinical data into enterprise risk intelligence
• Lead complex and sentinel event investigations using systems and RCA methodologies
• Oversee serious complaints and regulator-facing matters
• Lead the national audit program and NQIP oversight
• Drive structured continuous improvement and consumer partnership
• Lead and develop a team of Quality Operations Specialists
• Deliver high-impact reports to Executive and Board committees

About you

You are a senior quality and risk leader with strong systems-thinking capability and executive influence.

You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Senior-level experience in enterprise quality and risk governance in aged care or a regulated health environment
• Proven experience designing or leading Quality Management Systems
• Advanced experience in audits, investigations and systemic risk analysis
• Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to influence executives and governance forums
• Experience leading and developing specialist teams

Formal training in quality, risk or governance methodologies is desirable.
