About YOU Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Manager or similar role in a large aged care environment Strong, up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and assessment skills Natural leadership with a collaborative approach Understanding of funding and accreditation processes Knowledge of Care Planning Genuine empathy and compassion Excellent communication skills - Commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to consider whole‑person care (physical, social, emotional) Strong time‑management and tech‑savvy Sharp clinical judgment and problem‑solving ability National Police Check (within the last 12 months) RN Qualification with current, unrestricted AHPRA Registration
