What We’re Looking For in You- Cert III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (Ageing) (Essential)
- Recent National Police Check (within 12 months) (Essential)

About the RoleAs a PCA, you’ll deliver daily personal care and meaningful support that truly reflects each resident’s individuality. This aligns with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, which place older people at the centre of their care experience - ensuring their identity, preferences, culture, and goals guide the care they receive. You’ll play a key role in bringing this person‑centred approach to life.
Your responsibilities include: - Providing daily personal care and support to residents
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Communicating professionally with residents, families, and staff
- Supporting each resident’s unique needs with respect and dignity
- Maintaining privacy and handling feedback sensitively
- Working flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights
- Being available for weekend and weekday shifts (permanent part‑time)
