A Unique Opportunity – Join Us From the Ground Up
Starting early to July 2026, you will join us as our Resident Wellbeing Coordinator (Lifestyle Coordinator) during the commissioning phase of our brand‑new, 89‑bed boutique‑style aged care residence, opening in August 2026.
As part of the foundation leadership team, you will:
- Help establish the wellbeing vision, culture and best‑practice model for the home
- Develop lifestyle programs, processes and weekly rhythms tailored to a brand‑new resident community
- Recruit, mentor and guide our Wellbeing Assistants
- Shape how the home “feels” from day one - ensuring warmth, dignity, engagement and belonging are at the centre of everything we do

What You’ll Bring to Our Team
We’re looking for a compassionate, creative and experienced wellbeing professional who is committed to delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will bring:
Essential Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health
- Current driver’s licence
- Current Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Current CPR certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Current DoFoodSafely certificate
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator / Resident Wellbeing Coordinator in an aged care environment
- Ability to design, lead and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred lifestyle programs
- Capability to mentor and support Wellbeing Assistants to deliver engaging activities
- Strong relationship‑building skills with residents, families, colleagues and stakeholders
- Well‑developed written, verbal and presentation / communication skills
- Respect for diversity with the ability to support each resident’s dignity, culture, preferences, and identity
- Confidence in adopting and utilising technology, software systems, and social media
- Strong problem‑solving skills, initiative, and a focus on positive outcomes
