For Purpose Aged Care is excited to invite applications for a Full‑Time Clinical Care Coordinator to join our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art aged care residence opening in South Bunbury.
Our purpose‑built 180‑bed home is scheduled to open on 30 November 2026, and this role provides a rare opportunity to play a key part in the commissioning and establishment of a home designed specifically to support exceptional resident outcomes.

About the role
As our Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC), you will provide daily clinical leadership and guidance to your team of RN’s, EN’s and PCA’s. Working closely with the Residential Manager, you will help shape and embed high‑quality clinical care systems and support the delivery of exceptional resident experiences. Your role will be pivotal in providing hands‑on clinical leadership and mentoring, driving strong clinical outcomes, fostering a compassionate and professional care culture, and supporting commissioning activities as clinical systems are established for a brand‑new home.
What You'll Bring
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar leadership role within aged care or acute care
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Strong and up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and assessment capability
• Demonstrated experience in staff leadership, supervision and professional development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Sound understanding of funding, accreditation and compliance requirements
• Experience with care planning and resident‑centred clinical systems
