About You:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) in an Aged Care setting
• Ability to be creative, compassionate and supportive in the development of a quality Lifestyle program
• Ability to lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful lifestyle activities
• Ability to build effective, positive relationships with residents, families, team members and other colleagues
• Well-developed written, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to accept the many differences our multi-cultural community may embrace and help maintain each resident’s dignity and preferences
• Willingness to embrace new technology, software systems and social media
• Ability to problem solve and use initiative to maximise positive outcomes

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Leisure & Health
• National Police Check (within the last 12 months) 
• Current CPR and 1st Aid Certificates ((practical in person training)
