About the Role:

As the successful candidate, you will manage the daily operations of the home. Your strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the home meets its goals. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents.

You will benefit from the support of an experienced team, along with close collaboration from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Funding within our growing national organization.

About you:

• Experience managing a large, aged care residence

• Hands on leader who sets the example

• Ability to build relationships

• Strong negotiation skills

• AHPRA qualified RN

• Desire to take the delivery of care and services to the next level

• Passion for resident care

• Customer-focused

• Excellent communication skills
