We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join the team at Tamworth Community Aged Care, a 144-bed residence on a 3 month short term Contract.

You will work closely with the Residential Manager and fellow Clinical Managers to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our future residents.

What Does It Take to Join Us?

Here is what we are looking for in our Clinical Manager:

• Ideally at least 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in      a large aged care environment
• Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Experience in staff supervision and development
• A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
• Knowledge of Care Planning

Essential Requirements:

• National Police Check (within the last 12 months) - a must-have for peace of mind and safety. 
• RN Qualification with AHPRA Registration - current, unrestricted, and essential.
