We are a growing National residential aged care provider with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional care and meaningful ageing. Why this Role Matters; We are seeking a SharePoint Technical Implementation Consultant to lead and deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions across our organisation. This is a hands-on role, primarily based at our Cheltenham office, with occasional travel to our aged care sites. You will play a key role in shaping our digital workplace by designing, implementing and optimising SharePoint solutions, ensuring strong user adoption and alignment with business needs. What You’ll Be Doing Solution Design & Implementation - Gather and analyse business requirements with stakeholders
- Design and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and permissions
- Translate business needs into scalable, user-focused solutions
- Develop design documentation, test plans, and training materials
Delivery & Execution - Lead SharePoint implementations, including migrations, deployments, and upgrades
- Configure and deploy document management systems, workflows, and forms
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors on delivery outcomes
User Adoption & Support - Provide training and support to users and IT teams
- Create documentation and promote best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver ongoing support
Governance & Improvement - Maintain security, compliance, and governance standards
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and other systems
- Track delivery using Jira, Confluence, and PMO frameworks
About You You’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and engages confidently with stakeholders across all levels. You will also have the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. You bring: - Proven experience in SharePoint end to end implementations; requirements design, configuration, build test and deploy.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations
- Familiarity with Active Directory and relevant IT platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft office 365
- Valid right to Work in Australia
- Valid driver’s licence
- Current National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Microsoft certifications (e.g., SharePoint, M365) are advantageous.
