About YOU

 

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Manager or similar role in a large aged care environment

  • Strong, up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and assessment skills

  • Natural leadership with a collaborative approach

  • Understanding of funding and accreditation processes

  • Knowledge of Care Planning

  • Genuine empathy and compassion

  • Excellent communication skills

  •  Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to consider whole‑person care (physical, social, emotional)

  • Strong time‑management and tech‑savvy 

  • Sharp clinical judgment and problem‑solving ability

  • National Police Check (within the last 12 months)

  • RN Qualification with current, unrestricted AHPRA Registration

 

About the Role

 

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee high‑quality care delivery

  • Support and collaborate with the Residential Manager and broader clinical team

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and funding requirements

  • Guide, mentor, and support clinical staff

  • Foster a positive, resident‑centred culture

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
