Quality Manager-Operations Specialist
Regional Role WA

Regional Role- WA | Aged Care Quality & Compliance

 

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Quality Manager- Operations Specialist to partner with operational leaders and support consistent, practical implementation of quality and governance systems across our residential aged care services.

 

This role is hands-on, field-facing and focused on translating regulatory and governance requirements into everyday practice at service level. This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and offer career progression within our organisation. 

 

This is hybrid role - working from home and travelling to our sites located in South Bunbury, Mandurah and Singleton on a regular basis. Travel will be reimbursed by km or allowance, per company policy.

About the role

 

Reporting to the Quality & Risk Manager, you will:

  • Provide quality and regulatory support to a designated group of services
  • Support services to maintain ongoing regulatory readiness
  • Conduct and coordinate internal audits and peer reviews
  • Analyse audit findings, incidents and quality data to identify risk themes
  • Support development and monitoring of corrective action plans
  • Escalate systemic risks through formal governance pathways
  • Coach and mentor site leaders in quality systems and governance maturity
  • Contribute to regional and enterprise quality reporting

About you

 

You are a quality-focused clinician who enjoys working closely with services and building capability.

You will bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in aged care quality, governance or compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Experience supporting audits, accreditation or regulatory readiness
  • Ability to interpret quality and risk data to identify trends
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
  • Sound judgement in identifying and escalating risk

Postgraduate qualifications in quality, governance or health administration are desirable.
