Regional Role- WA | Aged Care Quality & Compliance For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Quality Manager- Operations Specialist to partner with operational leaders and support consistent, practical implementation of quality and governance systems across our residential aged care services. This role is hands-on, field-facing and focused on translating regulatory and governance requirements into everyday practice at service level. This is hybrid role - working from home and travelling to our sites located in South Bunbury, Mandurah and Singleton on a regular basis. Travel will be reimbursed by km or allowance, per company policy. About the role Reporting to the Quality & Risk Manager, you will: - Provide quality and regulatory support to a designated group of services
- Support services to maintain ongoing regulatory readiness
- Conduct and coordinate internal audits and peer reviews
- Analyse audit findings, incidents and quality data to identify risk themes
- Support development and monitoring of corrective action plans
- Escalate systemic risks through formal governance pathways
- Coach and mentor site leaders in quality systems and governance maturity
- Contribute to regional and enterprise quality reporting
About you You are a quality-focused clinician who enjoys working closely with services and building capability. You will bring: - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in aged care quality, governance or compliance
- Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience supporting audits, accreditation or regulatory readiness
- Ability to interpret quality and risk data to identify trends
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
- Sound judgement in identifying and escalating risk
Postgraduate qualifications in quality, governance or health administration are desirable.
