Property Compliance Coordinator
Cheltenham, VIC

For Purpose Aged Care Australia (FPACA) is a purpose‑led, not‑for‑profit organisation supporting a growing national network of aged care homes. We are seeking a detail‑driven Property & Compliance Coordinator to support property compliance, essential services and contractor governance across our National portfolio.

 

This role plays a key part in ensuring that our Homes remain safe, compliant and audit‑ready, supporting high‑quality care outcomes for residents.

 

The Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Property, this role provides coordination and administrative support across essential services compliance, contractor management, emergency preparedness and property financial tracking.

 

You will work closely with Property, Operations, Finance, Procurement and external contractors in a multi‑site, regulated environment.

 

Based in Cheltenham, VIC, with occasional travel nationally as required.

 

Key Focus Areas

  • Coordinate essential services inspections, maintenance schedules and annual certifications across all Homes
  • Maintain compliance registers, documentation and audit‑ready records in line with state regulations
  • Manage contractor and supplier compliance (licences, insurances, inductions and certifications)
  • Support State Maintenance Managers with compliance tracking, issue registers and reporting
  • Assist with audits, remediation tracking and stakeholder coordination
  • Support property‑related financial tracking, accounts payable processes and budget reporting
  • Assist during emergency and crisis events and support Business Continuity documentation

 

About You

You are organised, proactive and detail‑focused, with experience coordinating compliance or property functions in regulated environments.

 

You will bring:

  • Experience in property, facilities, compliance or operational coordination
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset
  • Financial literacy and confidence working with invoices and budgets
  • Clear and professional communication skills

Desirable:

  • Diploma in Property Management or similar
  • Accounting or finance experience
  • Exposure to aged care, healthcare or government environments
  • Experience supporting emergency management or capital works
