In this position, you will manage the daily operations of the residence. Your strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the home meets its goals. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents. You will benefit from the collaboration with our Support Services team which includes Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Funding within our growing national organization. Skills and requirements for this role: - Minimum 3 years’ experience managing medium-to-large aged care home (preferred)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
- Excellent people management skills
- Relationship building and negotiation skills
- Proven competency in operational planning, strategic and innovative thinking
- Resource management, rostering and budget management
- Knowledge and hands on experience using computers and care programs
- Passion to make a difference to our residents, families and Employees
- A collaborative and compassionate approach
- Ability to inspire your team
- Current RN nursing registration with AHPRA
- Police Check (issued within 12 months)
