The Role

Starting in September 2026, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing the residence for opening and then leading ongoing operations. You'll oversee clinical and operational performance, guide accreditation, build a high-performing team, and ensure residents receive outstanding care in a welcoming environment.

We're looking for a proven aged care leader with:

• Experience managing medium to large residential aged care services
• Strong operational, financial and people leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of compliance and accreditation requirements
• A passion for building engaged teams and delivering exceptional resident outcomes
• Current AHPRA RN registration
