Location-VIC, WA, NSW or QLD | National Portfolio | Aged Care For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Governance Manager to provide enterprise-level clinical governance oversight across our residential aged care services. This role sits at the heart of governance assurance interpreting clinical risk, incident data and audit outcomes to strengthen systems, escalation pathways and executive oversight. It is a senior advisory role, focused on system integrity, risk intelligence and continuous improvement. About the role Reporting into the Quality, Experience and Improvement portfolio, you will: - Provide enterprise clinical governance oversight and assurance
- Analyse clinical incidents, SIRS data, dashboards and audits to identify systemic risks
- Provide governance-level advice and recommendations to executive and committees
- Lead or support significant incident and systems-based reviews
- Ensure clinical governance frameworks, policies and escalation processes remain robust and defensible
- Prepare high-quality governance reports for executive and Board forums
- Partner with operational and clinical leaders to translate governance insight into measurable improvement
About you You are a senior clinician with strong governance capability who can operate confidently at executive and Board level. You will bring: - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Significant experience in clinical governance, quality or senior clinical leadership in aged care or a regulated health environment
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience leading or overseeing incident investigations and RCA
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear governance insight
- High-level capability in governance reporting and executive briefings
Postgraduate qualifications in clinical governance, quality or health administration will be highly regarded.
